Scott Von Haden, President/CEO

Scott joined Ladysmith Federal in October of 2002. With a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin- Madison. Scott has valuable knowledge and experience in all areas of finance.  He was promoted to the position of President/CEO in February 2010.  As we are a "Community Bank," Scott still wears many hats and his door is always open.  If you have a problem, chances are he can help.  Scott also specializes in commercial lending. 

He was appointed Director of the Wisconsin Bankers Association Enterprise Wide Risk Management School.  His is a member of the Wisconsin Bankers Association Mutual Institutions Committee.  Scott is actively involved in our community. He is the Treasurer of the Heart of the North Gospel Ministries and has recently been elected to the Kinship of Rusk County board of directors. He is the Laity Leader and Administrative Council Chairman of Faith United Methodist Church in Ladysmith, as well as an active member of the Greater Ladysmith Area Chamber of Commerce.


Theresa Gibbs, Assistant Vice President- Mortgage Lending
Theresa has been with Ladysmith Federal since August 1996. She began her career as the Lead Teller. Over the years Theresa has acquired experience in all areas of banking, currently specializing in home loans. Theresa can help you with any of your personal banking needs, mortgage loans, payment quotes, prequalification needs, refinances or purchases.
 
Theresa volunteers for many service organizations throughout our community and is an active member of the Safety and Wellness Committee in Ladysmith.

Sara Baker, Consumer Loan Officer

Sara joined Ladysmith Federal in August 2004. She is a 2001 graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Communications/Public Relations and Business Administration. She is knowledgeable in many areas of banking and can help you with any of your consumer loan needs. 

You may find Sara out in the community giving presentations on banking issues and products with a goal of promoting financial literacy among our youth.  She is a member of the Wisconsin Bankers Association Consumer Education Committee. She also is a member of the board of directors for the Tender Learning Center in Ladysmith and an active member of the Greater Ladysmith Area Chamber of Commerce.


Leanne Burch, Compliance Officer

Leanne joined our staff in September 2008.  She brings with her many years of experience in customer service from her 20 years in the business of Real Estate. 
 
Leanne's main duties at LFSL are compliance and loan processing. 

Leanne is a past member and president of the Ladysmith Jaycees and continues to volunteer her time with the Northland Mardi Gras celebration each year.


Deb Moss, Junior Loan Officer
Deb rejoined the staff of Ladysmith Federal in April 2003.  Deb has knowledge in many areas of banking but specializes in the processing of loans and opening new accounts including IRAs and HSAs.  
 
She is a member of the Safety and Wellness Committee and volunteers for a variety of local service organizations.

Peggy Kuehne, Customer Service Administrator
Peggy joined our staff in March 2010.  She brings with her 20 years experience in new accounts, lending, loan processing and management. 
 
Her main duties at LFSL will include receptionist, opening new accounts and loan processing.
 
In the past Peggy served on the board of directors for the Greater Ladysmith Area Chamber of Commerce.  She is excited to get more involved in our community while working at Ladysmith Federal.

Dianna Thummel, CSA
Dianna has been a staff member with Ladysmith Federal since February 2004. She worked in retail and customer service before coming to Ladysmith Federal. You can find Dianna on our frontline where she’ll be happy to help you with all your banking needs.
 
Dianna is a member of the Greater Ladysmith Area Chamber of Commerce Downtown committee, the Ladysmith Lion's Club and is active in her church where she sings in the choir.

Tami Jablonsky, CSA
Tami joined our staff in June 2007.  She is originally from Prentice, WI where she spent several years as a waitress before moving to the Twin Cities area where she worked as a customer service representative and moved up to human resources and accounts payable. 
 
Tami relocated to the Ladysmith area in 2002.  You will find Tami behind the teller line where she will be able to assist you with many of your banking needs. 
 
She is also an Emergency Medical Technician for Rusk County.

Charlie Pobanz, CSA
Charlie joined our staff in June 2008.  He has a degree in Education from Augustana and has lived in Ladysmith for the last 21 years.  Charlie is one of our full-time tellers and brings to us experience in quality management and customer service. 
 
He is an active member of a local church where he serves as Treasurer.  In his spare time he is an avid golfer and basketball player in local pick-up games.

Joan Moser, CSA
Joan joined our office in September 2008.  She grew up on a farm south of Glen Flora and moved back to this area after living in Illinois, North Dakota, Germany, Texas and Racine, WI. 
 
Joan brings with her much knowledge and experience in banking and customer service. You will find her at the Drive-Up Teller station.



Gordon Dukerschein

Gordon was elected to the Board of Directors at Ladysmith Federal in 1989, and was elected Chairman of the board in 2009. He was born and raised in Glen Flora and is a graduate of Flambeau High School. He later attended WITC LaCrosse for Printing and Publishing. He has been the owner of Artisans, Inc. since 1974.

Gordon is active on several boards for Hope Lutheran Church and is a former member of the Board of Directors for Kinship of Rusk County. He is a member of the Glen Flora Community Club and a long time 4-H leader.


Michael Kelley
Mike was first elected to the Board of Directors in 1995, and was elected Vice Chairman of the board in 2009.  Born and raised in rural Bruce, Mike is a life long resident of Rusk County.  He has been Administrator and owner of Ladysmith Nursing Home since 1967.  He is an active member of the American Health Care Association and Wisconsin Health Care Association serving on its Board of Directors and Quality Initiative Committee.
 
Mike attends Hope Lutheran Church, is a member and past-president of Ladysmith Kiwanis Club and a former member and past-president of the Flambeau Jaycees.  He is also a member of the Exhausted Roosters.

Beverly Evjen
Bev was elected to the Board of Directors in April, 2006.  She worked at Ladysmith Federal Savings and Loan for 35 1/2 years, retiring in March 2005.  Bev was a Teller, Loan Officer, Secretary and Assistant Vice President while at Ladysmith Federal. 
 
She has been the Treasurer for the Township of Grow since 1989.  Bev is a member of the Tony Methodist Church where she has served as Secretary and part-time pianist.  Her favorite things to do are traveling, being outdoors, bowling and spending time with her family.

Lori Larsen
Lori has been on the Board of Directors for Ladysmith Federal since 2001. Born and raised in rural Ladysmith, Lori has been an active member of the community all her life. She has been employed with Jump River Electric Cooperative since 1980 and is their General Manager. She also serves as a member of the Rusk County Revolving Loan Fund.
 
Lori is active in several organizations including: Chippewa Valley Satellite Board of Directors; Rusk County Trail Association; Ladysmith Jaycees; Hope Lutheran Church; and Wisconsin REC Office Managers Association.

Dr. Stephen D. Reisner
Dr. Reisner was elected to the board in April 2010.  He is a graduate of Black River Falls High School, University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire, and the University of Minnesota - School of Dentistry.  He has practiced dentistry in Ladysmith since 1986.  He is a member of Our Lady of Sorrows parish, Kiwanis and the Knights of Columbus.
